Black Car Service in Toronto

Cancellations: Cancellations are accepted by phone only. For sedans and SUVs, cancellations must be received 72 hours or more before the posted time of pickup to avoid fees. Specialty vehicles require 7 days' notice. Airport arrival and departure transfers must be cancelled no less than 6 hours prior.

Changes: Changes must be requested by email or phone at least 4 hours prior to pickup and are subject to availability. Changes cannot be made directly with drivers.

Policies: Direct transfers (point-to-point) have a 15-minute grace period at pick-up. Exceeding this grace period incurs 30-minute increment charges. Please note all vehicles maintain a strict No Smoking policy ($1,000 damage fee for burns; $250 sanitation fee).
